Big steps are being made by Kim Kardashian. The KKW entrepreneur recently increased his stake in a deal involving Cindy Crawford’s old Malibu, California, property, according to an ET story. The reality personality paid a hefty USD 70.4 million for the exquisite piece of real estate. However, Kim West currently resides in her $60 million Hidden Hills Estate with her four children from her previous marriage to Kanye West.
The spectacular mansion, which is almost 7,500 square feet, has four bedrooms and five and a half baths. The apartment is situated on a 3.18-acre plot of land in the Encinal Bluffs. With amenities like an open floor plan, a gym—which Kim would undoubtedly like given that she likes to stay in great shape—and many wraparound decks around the house, the home has been constructed in the Mediterranean style. The magnificent home’s private path leading to a remote beach is its most romantic feature. Kim has been outspoken about her love of beaches and has previously mentioned how much her kids adore the water.
The property also has a tennis court, an outdoor fireplace, a cabana by the pool, a spa, and many more amenities. Though it is still unknown if Kim intends to relocate there with her children. Her children have recently been the subject of a lot of internet chatter after Kanye West chose to start a debate about the kids and the school they attend on his Instagram page, which involved the entire community.
