Director brothers Joe and Anthony Russo are the authors of successful Marvel movies, but are now looking back on the achievement of their latest movie, The Gray Man. This star-studded thriller starred Chris Evans, Ryan Gosling, Ana de Armas, and marked Dhanush’s Hollywood debut. Despite their love for India, they were recently asked which Indian actress they’d like to play the new Captain Marvel.
The Russo Brothers were recently asked to choose between Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra as the next hypothetical Captain Marvel (the role is played by Brie Larson in the Marvel Cinematic Universe). And this is what they said: “We have to pick Priyanka. [We are] Huge fans, big fans. We are very good friends.”
They added, “We are working on a project. We are producing a show, Citadel.”
