Following a raid on a cruise ship in October, Aryan Khan, the son of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, found himself in trouble with the Narcotics Control Bureau. He had been behind bars for more than 20 days when he was arrested. The most recent update, in this case, is that Aryan Khan has now been permitted to retain his passport by the special NDPS court. Aryan received a clean bill of health in this case in May of this year. The NDPS court has canceled Aryan Khan’s bail bond, per the reports.
In May, the Narcotics Control Bureau filed a charge sheet in this case which did not mention Aryan Khan and five others. After his arrest, Aryan Khan had to surrender his passport. Rumor has it that their names were not officially on the list because there was not enough evidence to convict them. According to reports, NCB did not object to Aryan Khan’s request for a passport return, and the bureau stated that no investigation was pending against him. The court then let the star kid take his passport back and even canceled his bail bond. Accordingly, the bail bond of applicant Aryan Shah Rukh Khan is hereby canceled and his surety is discharged. The court made the statement.
Khan now seems to be concentrating on his work. He is reportedly busy writing a script for his first film. It is rumored to be a project of SRK’s son, Aryan Khan. Aryan is said to have also assisted in the direction of his father’s film, Pataan. There’s no word yet. Aryan Khan was spotted at Karan Johar’s 50th birthday party.
